The museum is housed in the east wing of the medieval manor house of Lusignan, which is located inside the archaeological site of Kouklia. The findings are exhibited in two rooms of the villa, through which presents objects found during excavations of the Temple of Afrodite (Venus) and the surrounding area and the necropolis of the region.

In the first room on the floor of which was placed a Roman mosaic, finds out from the Sanctuary of Aphrodite. In this room is the conical stone, which was the aniconic presence honored the goddess. In this room are exposed and other findings from the temple, dating from the Late Bronze Age to Roman times. Faithful is the clay bathtub that dates to the Late Bronze Age.

The second room of the museum contains findings from the necropolis of nearby area. These findings, which date from the 2nd millennium BC until Roman times, includ stone tools, metal objects, examples of pottery, jewelry, terracotta statuettes, inscriptions and sculptures. Presented even architectural, such as Ionic and Corinthian capitals at the center of the room.

The last section of the room is dedicated to the Byzantine and medieval findings from this are. Here glazed pots out local production and imported, as well as utilitarian vessels that were used to produce sugar from the ''Stauri' area. In the background of the room are two Venetian cannon.
